You've got the power!

Boxing may not be the first sport you think of when thinking about getting into shape but this fun, intense and dynamic workout will have you feeling the benefits quickly. This is a great way to build stamina, get lean, and improve agility, endurance and coordination. Not to mention, its a great stress reliever.​

Private 1 on 1 Boxing sessions are 45 minutes in length and we also offer Boxing workshops from time to time. 

​

​Workouts start with a quick warm up and practice of the basic techniques: kicking, punching, stance, etc. Then the fun and intensity begins as you move through 2-3 minute rounds of "attacking," either sparring with your instructor and their pads or a heavy weight bag.
