Areas of tightness or restriction can place pressure on these neurovascular pathways. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Allie uses joint mobilizations, soft-tissue release, and craniosacral therapy to restore position, improve mobility, and enhance vitality throughout the body.

Allie believes that the benefits of treatment extend far beyond the table. She provides personalized remedial exercises (such as mobility and strength work) to support recovery and help clients maintain progress at home. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Massage Therapist, and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, she has a comprehensive understanding of how the body moves and what it needs to feel and function its best.
