Chiropractic care is a hands-on, evidence-informed approach to assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction. At its core, chiropractic focuses on restoring optimal movement and function of the spine, joints, muscles, and surrounding tissues to reduce pain, support nervous system function and improve overall performance.

My approach focuses on improving movement quality, supporting optimal function, and building the body’s resilience to daily and physical demands. Pain and compensation patterns can develop when joints are restricted, movement patterns are altered, or the body is unable to adapt effectively to physical demands. Through a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, and functional movement patterns, I work to identify contributing factors and create a treatment plan tailored to your individual goals.

Treatment may include joint manipulation or mobilization, soft tissue therapy, cupping, and personalized exercise prescription. I am certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, allowing me to incorporate acupuncture or dry needling techniques when clinically appropriate to help reduce pain and support neuromuscular function. I also hold certification in the Webster Technique, a specialized approach used to support pelvic balance and comfort during pregnancy.

Common concerns treated include back and neck pain, headaches, sports and activity-related injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, general stiffness, and mobility restrictions. I believe that movement is medicine, and my goal is simple: identify the root contributors to your symptoms, improve how your body moves and functions, and help set you up for long-term success so you can stay active and return to the activities that matter most to you.
