Commission, Employment and Rental options available for both offices and studio spaces.
Office Rental
We have two office spaces and a spacious seating area available for rent. These offices are large, bright and great for small group meetings, consultations, and private enough for counseling sessions. Offices can be arranged with informal couch and armchair seating or formally with desk and chair.
Space rentals are arranged with private individuals or small businesses and do not include use of our payment software or advertisement through the use of JF's Facebook, Website or Booking Site. Spaces are paid for in advance on an hourly or monthly basis and are booked with the studio in the same manner a private client would book an appointment.
​Privately renting office space includes the use of the office, upstairs restroom and kitchen, as well as janitorial services.
​If you are interested in using one of our office spaces please complete the form below and be prepared to provide any certificates or proof of insurance, if applicable to the activity being offered, upon request. Also, do keep in mind not all application requests can and will be accommodated based on activity and space availability.
Studio Rental
Do you offer a fitness related service? We have both a yoga studio and a fitness studio with the equipment needed to work one on one with clients or in a group setting!
Space rentals are arranged with private individuals or small businesses and do not include use of our payment software or advertisement through the use of JF's Facebook, Website or Booking Site. Spaces are paid for in advance on an hourly or monthly basis and are booked with the studio in the same manner a private client would book an appointment.
Privately renting a studio space includes the use of equipment owned by JF Fitness and Therapy within the space as well as janitorial services, though limits use to the individual room rented (ie, use of the kitchen and multiple entrances is not included).
